Breathwork facilitator and somatic therapist Dr Polly McGee curates a deeply immersive breathwork experience aboard the West Coast Wilderness Railway, guiding participants on a sensory journey through one of Tasmania’s most extraordinary landscapes. As the historic rail clacks along the track, breath, sound, scent and movement combine to create a powerful embodied encounter with place. Through a guided breathwork practice from the moment of arrival in the carriage, Polly invites participants to reconnect with their natural state, using the rhythm of the rack and the elements of the environment to deepen awareness and presence. The experience culminates in a collective breathwork experience in the historic station structure before the return journey offers space for integration, reflection and quiet absorption of the landscape. This is a rare luxury immersion where people, place, connection and breath meet in a transformative Tasmanian experience.
